Odyssea 2009

Odyssea 2009 Odyssea 2009

Cultivars: Syrah 50% Carignan 30% Grenache 20 %

Wine making: This wine was created to reflect the “terroir” using only classic varieties of the region. Each component was vinified separately before blending in December. Use of oak was limited to ensure a style that expresses the site without being masked by wood.

Tasting notes: The wine clearly expresses the minerality expected from the vineyard and it is supported by fruit and a hint of aniseed. It is naturally fresh with good palate weight and balance.
