Alba 2019
This cuvee is made by blending “old vine” Grenach Blanc and Grenache Gris, aged in oak barrels. Alba is soft but full bodied with a structured mouth feel and great length. It expresses the natural minerality of the terroir with aromas of apricot and a hint of orange and vanilla. This wine can be paired with fish in sauce, but also with cheeses or foie gras.

Vinification
The optimally ripe grapes were hand-harvested at the end of August. After pressing, the juice was settled overnight and racked to barrels where it fermented in oak. Low SO2 levels were used and Malo-lactic fermentation was allowed, before 8 months of maturation in barrel completed the wine.
