Odyssea 2019
This cuvee was created to highlight the terroir. This Côtes du Roussillon wine is made with the appellation’s classic varieties: Grenache Noir, Syrah and Carignan. Each grape variety is vinified separately before being blended. The result is a balanced, fresh and elegant wine, with red fruit and cherry and a hint of liquorice and spice.

Terroir
Shistose marls.
The vines, cultivated as trellis and gobelets, are harvested at an optimal phenolic maturity in order to garantee a high quality of tannins and a beautiful elegance of the fruit.
Vinification
After destemming followed by light crushing, the grapes are pumped to red fermenters directly. Fermentation is then carried out around 26°C and the extraction is achieved by pumping over.
The maceration varies in lenght depending on the grape varieties.
After malolactic fermentation, the wines are aged in stainless steel vats to obtain an elegant wine that respects the caracter of its grape varieties. Bottling after one year of aging.
Nose
The aromatic profile of this wine surprises with its complexity, mixing red fruits, black fruits and spices.
Palate
Ample and generous with extremely silky tannins. The alternately fruity and spicy flavors have a long persistence and contribute to the overall harmony of this wine.
